- 3 c. fruit juice (unsweetened orange, apple, pineapple or combo flavors from Twisters, Ocean Spray)
- 1 banana
- chopped, peeled apple
- 1/2 tsp. dried mint
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 chopped, peeled peach
- pieces of fresh cantaloupe
- a couple tsp. honey
- 1 c. yogurt, sour cream or buttermilk
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.

2Thicken with more bananas or yogurt.

3Or thin with more fruit juice. Float fresh mint on top or violets.

4Use on picnics or summer lunches.
