- 1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can fruit cocktail
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Drain fruit cocktail, reserving liquid.

2In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.

3Blend in water.

4Add fruit cocktail liquid and orange juice concentrate.

5Cook and stir until thick and boiling.

6Add fruit cocktail and nuts.

7Chill.

8Serve as a sundae sauce or over pound cake.

9Makes topping for 24 sundaes or about 5 cups.
