  • 2 c. fruit pulp
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Directions

    Put fruit pulp through coarse strainer.

    Add sugar, nuts and egg whites (beaten stiff).

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake 20 minutes in slow oven (300°).

    Cool and cover with whipped cream.
