  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 c. raw cashews
  • 3 c. frozen fruit (strawberries, bananas, peaches, blueberries, etc.)
  • pinch of salt

    whiz ingredients in blender briefly.

    to mixture in blender. Blend smooth.
