- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 1 (2 oz.) bottle lemon extract
- 1 pkg. candied fruit mix
- 1 lb. pecans
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, one at a time.

2Add flour, reserving 1/4 cup.

3Mix well.

4Add lemon extract.

5Mix reserved flour with fruit; add fruit and pecans to mixture.

6Bake in a lightly greased tube pan for 2 hours and 30 minutes at 250°. Yield:
