  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 (2 oz.) bottle lemon extract
  • 1 pkg. candied fruit mix
  • 1 lb. pecans

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, one at a time.

    Add flour, reserving 1/4 cup.

    Mix well.

    Add lemon extract.

    Mix reserved flour with fruit; add fruit and pecans to mixture.

    Bake in a lightly greased tube pan for 2 hours and 30 minutes at 250°. Yield:
