Fruited Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. each: dates, dried apricots, pecans, seedless green grapes
  • 1/2 c. white raisins

Directions

    Soften cream cheese; grate Monterey cheese.

    Chop remaining ingredients very fine and combine with cheeses.

    Form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans to cover.

    Serve with Nabisco gingersnaps.
