Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped whole natural almonds
  • 1/3 c. chopped dates
  • 1/3 c. golden raisins, chopped
  • 1/3 c. dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/3 c. dry sherry
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. shredded Muenster cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • assorted crackers

Directions

    Spread almonds in shallow pan.

    Toast at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.

    Combine dates, raisins, apricots and sherry, tossing well to combine; set aside.

    Blend cream cheese, Muenster cheese, mustard and salt; mix well.

    Stir in 1/2 cup almonds and sherry-fruit mixture.

    Turn out onto foil.

    Shape into a log; cover and chill until firm.

    Roll in remaining almonds and parsley before serving.

    Serve with assorted crackers.
