- 2 cut up chickens
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing (fat free optional)
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Directions

1Spray large baking pan with Pam or grease pan.

2Place chicken in pan skin side up or skinless.

3Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.

4Cover pan with foil.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour, basting several times. Uncover and cook for 10 minutes to brown. Serve over white rice.
