Fruited Mint Tea

- 3 c. boiling water
- 12 fresh mint sprigs
- 4 regular size tea bags
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 c. cold water
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- mint sprigs or orange wedges (garnishes)
Directions

1Pour boiling water over 12 mint sprigs and tea bags.

2Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

3Remove and discard mint sprigs and tea bags, squeezing tea bags gently.

4Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Stir in cold water, orange juice and lemon juice.

5Serve over ice. Garnish, if desired.

6Yields about 2 1/2 quarts.
