- 4 to 6 pork chops
- soy sauce
- 1 small bell pepper, cored and sliced crosswise
- pineapple slices
- prunes (precooked)
Directions

1Place chops in baking dish; cover liberally with soy sauce. (Do not salt chops, soy is salty enough.)

2Cover with foil and cook 35 to 40 minutes in a 325° oven.

3Uncover and turn chops, adding more soy sauce, if desired.

4Place on each chop 1 slice of pineapple, 1 round of green bell pepper and top with prune. Continue to cook until done.

5Additional pineapple, prunes and peppers may be added.
