Fruited Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • soy sauce
  • 1 small bell pepper, cored and sliced crosswise
  • pineapple slices
  • prunes (precooked)

Directions

    Place chops in baking dish; cover liberally with soy sauce. (Do not salt chops, soy is salty enough.)

    Cover with foil and cook 35 to 40 minutes in a 325° oven.

    Uncover and turn chops, adding more soy sauce, if desired.
  4. 4
    Place on each chop 1 slice of pineapple, 1 round of green bell pepper and top with prune. Continue to cook until done.

    Additional pineapple, prunes and peppers may be added.
