  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail
  • 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • fresh mint

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water.

    Reserve 1/2 cup gelatin mixture; refrigerate remaining gelatin until slightly thickened.

    Stir fruit cocktail into thickened gelatin.

    Spoon mixture into 6 (8-ounce) parfait glasses.

    Tilt glasses and refrigerate until mixture is set.

    Refrigerate reserved 1/2 cup gelatin until slightly thickened; fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
