- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. In bowl, beat together honey, brown sugar, vanilla, oil and egg until well blended.

3Fold in undrained pineapple, whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup oats, raisins and nuts.

4Turn into pan.

5Sprinkle with remaining oats.

6Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until center is just firm.

7Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

8Yields 12 servings.
