  • 4 chicken fillets, with skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple jam
  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

    Place chicken fillets in an ovenproof dish.

    Mix jam, chutney, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce and lime in a bowl.

    Pour over the chicken and cover with foil.

    Bake in a pre heated oven at 350 farenheit (180 celsius) for aproximately 40 minutes.

    Serve with creamed potatoes and green vegetables.
