  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. ripe bananas, mashed (2 to 3 bananas)
  • 1 c. jellied cranberry sauce, cubed
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
