- 1 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. ripe bananas, mashed (2 to 3 bananas)
- 1 c. jellied cranberry sauce, cubed
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
