- 1 pound pinto beans dry
- 1 can red chili sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 pound ground chuck (ground beef)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 large onions chopped
- 1 dash red hot pepper sauce
- 1 can tomatoes stewed
Directions

1Cover beans with cold water, cover pot and bring to boil.

2Reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours, adding water as needed.

3In a skillet, slowly brown ground beef.

4When crumbly, add onion and saute until limp.

5Add to beans along with rest of ingredients except the salt and pepper.

6Cover and simmer for three hours or until beans are tender and liquid is somewhat thickened.

7Add salt and pepper and serve.
