- 1 jar (540 mL) fruit cocktail with extra cherries, well drained
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (10.1 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Strawberry Jelly Powder
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided

1Spoon fruit into 6 small glasses or dessert dishes.

2Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min.

3until completely dissolved.

4Add ice; stir 3 to 5 min.

6Remove any unmelted ice.

7Whisk 3/4 cup Cool Whip into jelly until well blended; spoon over fruit.
