- 2 c. flour (may use whole wheat)
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. warm or hot water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Blend dry ingredients together.

2Add water slowly, mixing with hands.

3When dough

4is sticky enough to require oil on the hands, it is just right.

5Don't make the dough too stiff.

6Break off a ball the size of golf balls.

7Pull it or roll it to 5-inch circle.

8Make 2 or 3 holes in the dough for even cooking.

9Place in hot oil in frypan.

10Brown lightly on both sides.

11Serve hot with butter and honey.
