Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 regular can evaporated milk
  • 12 oz. chocolate bits
  • 3 sq. Baker's chocolate
  • 1 king size bar milk chocolate
  • 1/2 jar marshmallow
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to rolling boil; boil for 5 minutes.

    Melt together in double boiler the chocolate bits, Baker's chocolate and milk chocolate bar.

    Add melted chocolate to boiled sugar mixture, then add marshmallow, vanilla and nuts.

    Mix until smooth.

    Pour into buttered pan.

    Makes 6 pounds of fudge.
