Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. mini size (4 oz.) marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Bring to boil and cook 4 to 5 minutes (start to time when mixture starts bubbling).

    Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla.

    Stir vigorously for 1 minute, until marshmallows blend and melt.

    Pour into 8-inch square buttered pan.

    Cool and cut into squares.
