  • 2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. canned cream
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and milk in saucepan.

    Bring to a hard boil stirring constantly.
  3. 3
    Turn down heat to low and continue to cook until it forms a ball in cold water or 234° on candy thermometer.

    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
  5. 5
    Mix well and transfer to platter.

    Let cool and cut.
