- 1 ounce evaporated milk
- 3 cups sugar
- cocoa powder cup baking
- 1 tablespoon oleo
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1In medium sauce pan put in milk, sugar, cocoa and salt. Bring to a boil at medium heat stirring constantly so as not to stick or burn. Cook to soft ball stage. 238 degrees or when you can drizzle it in a cup of cool water and make a soft ball out of it.

2Remove from heat and add oleo and vanilla. have a serving platter ready that is buttered. stir the fudge until it starts to stiffen. This will take about 10-15 minutes. This most generally will be when it looses its gloss to a dull shine.

3Pour onto a platter and place in frig
