  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 square (4 oz. each) sweet dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 9-inch prepared chocolate crumb crust
  • 1/4 square (1 oz.) sweet dark chocolate, broken into 1-inch pieces

    In small bowl of electric mixer, beat cream cheese and peanut butter on medium speed about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.

    Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until well blended.

    Stir in chocolate pieces.

    In large bowl of electric mixer, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

    Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream.

    Spoon into prepared crust.
