Ingredients

  • 1 lb. milk chocolate
  • 1/2 lb. chopped nuts
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • 1 pt. marshmallow cream
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Place in a large bowl the milk chocolate, chopped nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream.

    Place in a large pan the sugar, large can milk and dash of salt.

    Place pan over heat and cook for 4 1/2 minutes after syrup comes to a complete rolling boil. Stir frequently so it won't burn.

    Add butter and vanilla. Pour half the syrup over the chocolate mix.

    Stir until chocolate is dissolved.

    Pour remaining syrup into mix and stir.

    Pour into greased pans.

    Let stand 24 hours. Store in sealed jars.
