- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 sq. chocolate
- 2 eggs (unbeaten)
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. hot water
Directions

1Cream sugar, butter and eggs.

2Add flour, sour cream and hot water.

3Then add 1 teaspoon soda which has been dissolved in cold water (small amount).

4Melt chocolate over hot water in double boiler.

5Add chocolate to cake, saving some for icing if you want. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
