  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 7 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 23 cup granulated sugar
  • 13 cup packed brown sugar
  • 13 cup plain low-fat yogurt or 13 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or 1 cup peppermint chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.

    Combine flour, soda, and salt; set aside.

    Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

    Remove from heat; stir in cocoa powder and sugars (mixture will resemble coarse sand).

    Add yogurt and vanilla, stirring to combine.
