- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla

1Combine sugar, flour and eggs; blend well.

3Melt chocolate and margarine in saucepan.

4Add nuts and stir.

5Combine chocolate mixture with flour mixture and add vanilla.

6Blend; do not beat.

7Pour in paper-lined muffin tins.

8Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

9The top of the muffin will form a crackle glaze.
