Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 2 sq. chocolate
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/8 tsp. soda

Directions

    Grate or cut chocolate.

    Mix all together and cook, stirring constantly (takes about 10 minutes or 238° on candy thermometer) to a soft ball stage.

    Put in cold water and beat until creamy.
  4. 4
    If it becomes too hard, add a little milk and beat.
