Fudge Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 12 cup cocoa
  • 38 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 12 cup milk
  • 5 -6 regular marshmallows, do not use miniatures

Directions

    Combine all indgredients except marshmallows in a medium saucepan.

    Stire well before putting on heat.

    Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.

    Add the marshmallows and cook until they dissolve.

    Boil approximately 1 minute.

    Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute before putting on cake.

    Note: Prepare cake prior to making the frosting by putting holes in it using the drinking straw.

    The frosting will run into the holes creating pockets of fudge.
