Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 sq. chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • few grains of salt

Directions

    Melt chocolate over hot water. Add milk, sugar, butter and salt.

    Boil to soft ball stage (236°). Cool to room temperature. Add vanilla and beat until thick and creamy.

    Spread on cake.
