Fudge Icing

Directions

   Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full rolling boil.

   (Boil cannot be stirred down.)

   Boil one minute.

   Remove from heat and beat until mixture starts to thicken and cool.

   Spread on cake.
