  • 1/4 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 sticks real butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 2 large eggs

Directions

    Mix all together with electric mixer. Pour into greased pie pan. Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 300°. Use Cool Whip or ice cream on top.
