- 1/4 tsp. instant coffee
- 1 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 sticks real butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 2 large eggs
Directions

1Mix all together with electric mixer. Pour into greased pie pan. Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 300°. Use Cool Whip or ice cream on top.
