- 1/2 c. oleo or butter
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream together the first 4 ingredients.

2Add the egg and vanilla.

3Add the flour, soda and salt to the creamed mixture. Mix well.

4Chill 1 hour.

5Shape into 40 balls, 1-inch each.

6Place in lightly greased tassie pans.

7Bake at 325° for 14 to 16 minutes, or until lightly browned.

8Remove from oven and make wells in the center of each by gently pressing with melon baller. Cool 5 minutes; remove to wire racks.
