- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box Betty Crocker SuperMoist devil's food cake mix
Directions

1Mix cake per directions on box.

2Set aside.

3Beat first 7 ingredients at high speed until smooth and creamy and set aside. Grease a tube pan.

4Pour half of cake batter into pan; pour cheese filling over cake batter and top with remaining cake batter.

5Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cake rises very high and then drops a bit.

6This may also be baked in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 50 to 55 minutes.

7When cool, spread with cream cheese frosting.
