- 4 (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1In a double-boiler, melt butter and chocolate very slowly. Add sugar and salt until dissolved.

2Stir in milk, slowly.

3Makes 1 quart.

4Serve warm over cake and ice cream.
