- 1 large (13 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
Directions

1Put Carnation, sugar and chocolate in saucepan.

2Set saucepan on burner and turn heat to low.

3When sauce starts to boil, cook for 15 minutes.

4Stir every 2 to 3 minutes.

5After 15 minutes, take sauce from stove and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

6Beat until smooth.

7Makes 2 1/2 cups.

8Great on ice cream.
