- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler or on low heat.

2Gradually stir in sugar.

3Add milk slowly and blend well. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4Do not overcook.

5Pour over ice cream or cake.
