- 1 stick plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt together margarine and cocoa.

2Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well.

3On low heat, add milk.

4Slowly bring to a boil.

5Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often.

6Remove from heat and add vanilla.

7Makes about 1 quart (keep refrigerated).

8Can eat hot or cold.
