- 2 cups Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- 1 cup Coconut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Almond Butter
- 4 Ripe Bananas
- 6 Tablespoons Carob Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
Directions

1Prepare coconut butter by pureeing shredded coconut in a food processor until smooth and liquid-y., about 12 minutes. Can be stored in the fridge for a month or more.

2To make the fudgsicles, combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until well combined.

3Spoon into your favorite popsicle molds. Mixture is thick and will require banging on the kitchen counter to release all the trapped air pockets. Freeze for at least 24 hours. (Because of the mold I used, they set better after 48 hours).

4Un-mold and enjoy!
