  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (9-inch) uncooked pastry shell

    Melt butter in saucepan.

    Add sugar and cocoa; mix well.

    Add eggs, stirring well to mix.

    Do not beat.

    Add vanilla and milk; mix.

    Pour into pastry shell and bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and continue cooking for 25 minutes or until filling is set.
