Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, shred and refrigerate
  • 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar (located in Chinese sections of store)
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. Accent
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 pkg. sliced almonds, usually 2 3/4 oz. or 1/2 c. in pkg.
  • 1 can (.5 oz.) Chinese noodles
  • 1 bottle sesame seed, toasted

Directions

    Combine vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, Accent and oil for dressing into a container to refrigerate until ready to use.

    Put sesame seed in a pie pan under the broiler for a few minutes stirring occasionally not to burn.

    Put in jar or Baggie until ready to use.

    When ready to serve, add all ingredients and toss. Keeps well.
