- 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Plus Additional For Serving
- 1 cup Quinoa, Uncooked
- 1/4 cups Truvia, Divided (Or Sweetener Of Choice, To Taste)
- 1/2 cups Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Sprinkles
Directions

1For the quinoa: In a large pot bring almond milk to a boil.

2Once boiling, stir in quinoa and half of the Truvia.

3Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook until most of milk is absorbed, about 2025 minutes.

4Once quinoa is cooked, stir in remaining Truvia (see note below) and divide quinoa between bowls.

5For the protein frosting: In a small bowl, stir together vanilla protein and almond milk until consistency of frosting (see note below).

6Dollop frosting on bowls of quinoa and cover with sprinkles.

7Pour a little bit of almond milk over top of each bowl and devour.

9Depending on how sweet your protein is, you may need less or more Truvia.
