Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- oil
- confectioners sugar or shredded cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except oil, confectioners sugar and cheese.

2Heat oil (about 1-inch deep) in a small frying pan.

3Pour batter through funnel into hot oil, using swirling pattern.

4Turn with a fork when golden brown.

5When second side is brown, remove from oil and place on a plate.

6Top at once with shredded cheese or confectioners sugar or enjoy plain.

7Leftover batter will keep in refrigerator for about a week.

8Serves many.
