  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. milk, divided
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Product
  • 3 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

    Whisk egg, oil and 1 cup milk in separate bowl until blended.

    Add to dry ingredients; stir just until blended.

    Heat large nonstick skillet or griddle on medium-high heat.

    Ladle batter into plastic squeeze bottle.

    Working in batches, squeeze batter in swirling motion into skillet to make 4-inch pancakes; cook 1 to 2 min.

    or until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.

    Mix cream cheese product and remaining milk until blended.

    Gently stir in Cool Whip.
