  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 cups milk

Directions

    Stir first four ingredients together.

    Mix in eggs and milk.

    Place half a cup batter in funnel with 1/2' opening with finger over spout.

    Hold funnel over hot veggie oil,about one inches in a heavy skillet.

    Remove finger and swirl batter into a shape of a coil.

    Brown on both sides.

    Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

    Dust with powder sugar.
