- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- oil to fill pan 3/4-inch
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except confectioners sugar with beater. Heat oil to 370°.

2Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a funnel (holding a finger over the hole).

3Hold funnel over heated oil, take finger away from hole and let pour spiraling.

4Turn over with tongs.

5When light brown put on paper toweling and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
