Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 or 4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil

Directions

    Blend eggs, sugar and milk.

    Sift 1/2 flour, salt and baking powder together.

    Add to blended mixture.

    Mix in blender until smooth, adding as much flour as needed.

    Batter should be thin. Heat oil to 375° in an 8 or 9-inch iron skillet about 3/4-inch deep.

    Pour about 1/4 cup batter into funnel.

    Keep one finger over bottom of funnel until ready to drizzle batter into pan. Drizzle in circle motion in pan.

    Let brown on one side, then the other.

    Remove and cover with powdered sugar.
