  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg (unbeaten)
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Blend all ingredients well.

    Pour batter into funnel cake molds.

    Dip into hot oil (365°) for 35 to 45 seconds or until shell is light brown.

    Remove from oil; tap gently to release shell from mold and drain on paper towels.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
