- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Blend all ingredients well.

2Pour batter into funnel cake molds.

3Dip into hot oil (365°) for 35 to 45 seconds or until shell is light brown.

4Remove from oil; tap gently to release shell from mold and drain on paper towels.

5Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
