  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup carrot

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    cook lentils, quino and, bulgur.
