- 1 cup cabbage

- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

1cook lentils, quino and, bulgur.
