- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbs Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Tuvar Daal
- 1/4 cup Moong Daal
- 1/4 cup Masoor Daal
- 1/4 cup Channa Daal
- 1-1/2 cup Rice
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 cup dried Coconut
Directions

1In a pressure cooker, add onions, green chili, coriander paste, ginger paste, garlic paste ingredients one at a time

2Once onions are golden, add a 1/4 cup water little water and cook till water thickens

3Once water is slightly thick, add salt, turmeric, coriander, and chili powder.

4Add all the lentils

5Let cook for 5 minutes

6Grind the tomato and coconut to a paste and add to the lentil mixture

7Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 1 whistle on high flame

8Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
