  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 1 tsp coriander paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Tuvar Daal
  • 1/4 cup Moong Daal
  • 1/4 cup Masoor Daal
  • 1/4 cup Channa Daal
  • 1-1/2 cup Rice
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 cup dried Coconut

    In a pressure cooker, add onions, green chili, coriander paste, ginger paste, garlic paste ingredients one at a time

    Once onions are golden, add a 1/4 cup water little water and cook till water thickens

    Once water is slightly thick, add salt, turmeric, coriander, and chili powder.

    Add all the lentils

    Let cook for 5 minutes

    Grind the tomato and coconut to a paste and add to the lentil mixture

    Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 1 whistle on high flame

    Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
