  • 4 cups grated carrot
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons ghee
  • 3 almonds & Cashew nuts, for seasoning

Directions

    Pressure cook the grated carrot with milk for 2-3 whistles.

    Heat the pan, add ghee and then the chopped almonds and cashews.

    Once they are fried, add the cooked carrot and keep stirring. Once the milk is evaporated and carrot is completely cooked, add the sugar and keep stirring.

    Add little ghee if required and once the concoction comes without sticking to the pan turn it off and serve it hot.
